Urinary tract infection (UTI) is one of the most common sources of infection in children under 5. Rapid diagnosis is a need to avoid complications of UTI. The objective of this report is to explore the balance between serum and synovial fluid levels of interleukin (IL)-18 in children with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA).
