We previously reported isolation of human T-cell leukemia virus II (HTLV-II) from a second patient (N.R.A.) with atypical hairy cell leukemia. We reviewed the records of 36 patients with medically inoperable stage I-II non-small cell lung carcinoma who were treated with radiotherapy. The median dose to the target was 60 Gy with conventional fractionation.
