PURPOSE: To present a novel case of corneal subepithelial drug deposits secondary to oral niraparib, a newly approved medication for maintenance therapy for ovarian cancer.

We describe customized therapeutic deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty (DALK) for treating a perforated Mooren's ulcer. Slit-lamp biomicroscopy revealed corneal perforation (3.5 mm × 3.0 mm) with iris prolapse. The corneal melt extended from 9.0 o'clock to 4.0 o'clock. We report a case of an epithelial inclusion cyst of the iris following cataract surgery that was successfully treated with en bloc excision, … en bloc iris excision of the cyst with sector iridectomy. There was no recurrence as determined by slit lamp examination at six months after treatment. Hence, we conclude that en bloc excision can be used to effectively treat epithelial inclusion cyst of the iris.

The purpose of this study is to determine the ocular manifestations of systemic lupus erythematosus and its correlation with the disease activity. Fifty-two lupus patients and 20 healthy controls were included in this study.
