Medical records of 17 client-owned dogs diagnosed with os clitoris on physical examination or diagnostic imaging were reviewed to describe the clinical signs and surgical management of this condition. All dogs were phenotypically female. The most common presenting complaints included an enlarged clitoris (n = 10), urinary tract infection (n = 5), and licking of the vulva (n = 3). Clitoral reduction, especially in an adult, is a rare procedure which often leaves the glans clitoris without the capacity for tactile sensation. We present the case of a 34-year-old woman with symptomatic clitoromegaly since puberty who underwent a clitoral reduction procedure designed to preserve the neurovascular supply of the glans clitoris. Epidermal cysts are slowly growing, intradermal or subcutaneous tumors with a wall composed of true epidermis. They occur most commonly on the face, scalp, neck, and trunk. We report the unusual case of a 16-year-old girl with an epidermal cyst of the clitoris. The tumor was removed by local excision.

A carcinoma of the clitoris showed a variety of histologic features not usually encountered in squamous cell carcinoma of the vulva. In addition to poorly differentiated nonkeratinizing squamous cell carcinoma, there were large areas showing a transitional cell carcinoma pattern, as well as foci of spindle and anaplastic cells.
