In the present paper, 45 cases of acute trigeminal neuralgia were treated and observed by comparative method. Results showed no significant difference in transient analgesic effect (P > 0.05) but a significant difference in therapeutic effect (P < 0.01) between the treatment and control groups. This indicates that blood-letting puncture with cupping is an effective therapy for the disease.

In this article, we present a case of optic pit-like macular retinoschisis in the absence of advanced glaucomatous cupping. Intraocular pressure (IOP)-lowering therapy, which was started due to an early concern for glaucoma, caused a worsening of the retinoschisis, which subsequently resolved on discontinuation of the IOP-lowering therapy. Lower IOP likely triggered intraretinal fluid accumulation by facilitating a translaminar gradient from the subarachnoid to intraretinal space. AIM: To compare the efficacy and safety of omeprazole-domperidone combination vs omeprazole monotherapy in gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
METHODS: In a comparative, randomized controlled, phase 4 study, outpatients with GERD were randomly allocated to either group 1 (omeprazole 20 mg + domperidone 30 mg) or group 2 (omeprazole 20 mg) in an equal ratio; 2 capsules daily in the morning were administered for 8 weeks.

This report describes a diabetic patient with a left little toe ulcer who was treated with Wet healing combined with traditional Chinese cupping.
