Bull horn injuries are common in rural India. Here one such case causing urethrorectal fistula has been reported. The patient was presented with history of bull horn injury 6 hours back. He was examined under general anaesthesia and found to have lacerations in the anus and anterior wall of rectum. Urgent retrograde urethrography and cystography showed partial rupture of bulbar urethra and urethrorectal fistula. Initially sigmoid colostomy and suprapubic cystostomy was done. Later optical internal urethrotomy was done. The patient was catheterised for 3 weeks and the fistula healed completely.

Two cases of rudimentary uterine horn were able to be diagnosed prior to operation. The case of rudimentary horn with cavity non-communicating to unicornuate uterus was easy to diagnose. Transabdominal ultrasonography and computed tomography (CT) demonstrated the uterus to have binodular structure and two uterine lumina. However, the case with pregnancy was difficult to diagnose. In this case, thick myometrium could be seen by ultrasonography to enclose the sac. In both cases hysterosalpingography revealed unicornuate uterus.

Pregnancy in a noncommunicating rudimentary uterine horn frequently results in rupture. Uterine rupture may cause a massive intraperitoneal hemorrhage, necessitating operative intervention to control bleeding. The following is a report of an unusual patient who had an asymptomatic rupture of a rudimentary horn.

Uterine unicollis bicornis with one rudimentary horn is a rare event. A case is presented of an infected rudimentary system existing with an intrauterine pregnancy. The differential diagnosis of appendicitis, chorioamnionitis, premature labor, and pyelonephritis makes management of such cases difficult. The successful outcome of one such case is presented.

Thirteen consecutive patients with entrapped temporal horn syndrome in the Department of Neurosurgery of Beijing Tiantan Hospital from February 2018 to September 2022 were retrospectively analyzed, and there were 5 males and 8 females, with a mean age of (43±21) years. Conjunctival lymphangiomas are rare hamartomas of lymphatic origin that are usually located in the bulbar conjunctiva. They commonly present either as focal or diffuse bulbar chemosis or as dilatation of lymphatic vessels that resembles an isolated cyst or a group of cysts.
