Despite the numerous reports of cutaneous manifestations associated with vaccines for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), the relationship between COVID-19 vaccines and cutaneous side effects remains unevaluated. In this review, we examine these manifestations and their management. The purpose of this study was to describe rituximab biosimilar safety in adult hematology and pediatric nephrology units. Adverse events were classified using the Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE) classification. We report a case treated with interferon beta-1b for multiple sclerosis (MS), who developed severe cutaneous ulcers after six months of therapy. Interferon beta-1b had been used in a regimen of 8 million IU administered subcutaneously through oblique direction of the needle, twice a week. Long-acting injectable antiretroviral therapy for HIV has improved treatment satisfaction with mild injection site reactions reported. Nine cases of accidental injury with Freund's complete adjuvant to man are reported. One case is reported in detail and the other eight have been seen and reviewed retrospectively. Reactions developed in Mantoux positive individuals, who injected Freund's complete adjuvant with another protein. However, not all such injections produced the reaction. Treatment was unsuccessful, although one reaction may have been aborted by early surgical excision of the site of injection.
