Autoantibodies to soluble liver antigen (SLA) are considered a specific marker of autoimmune hepatitis. We have isolated a monoclonal antibody, 5E10, that labels discrete spots in the interphase nucleus. By immunoblotting mAb 5E10 recognized predominantly a 126 kDa polypeptide with an isoelectric point of 5.5. PURPOSE: While most prostate cancer patients initially respond to androgen-deprivation therapy (ADT), they will develop castration-resistance leading to progressing to castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC). Different treatment options are available for CRPC, including androgen receptor pathway inhibitors (ARPIs) and docetaxel (DOC). A new human extrahepatic bile duct carcinoma cell line (ICBD-1) was established from surgically resected tumor of a 71-year-old Japanese male patient.
