Stress urinary incontinence (SUI) is a common problem in women. Successful treatment is now mid urethral sling but it would be a cause of urethral obstruction. In this case report, a 50 years old woman presented with a huge introitus mass after 3 months of midurethral sling. The mass protruded from the urethra and could not be reduced. Urinary tract polyps occur anywhere from the renal pelvis to the anterior urethra. Lower tract polyps occur less frequently than upper tract polyps and are a rare finding in children. The aim is to report a rare case of squamous cell carcinoma arising in a urinary bladder diverticulum and present recent literature overview of treatment options. A 56-year-old man presented with intermittent hematuria. Ultrasound examination indicated primary carcinoma in the urinary bladder diverticulum. We report an unusual case of a newborn with incomplete bladder duplication and a complete sagittal septum. This malformation was associated with dysplasia of the right kidney, right cryptorchidism, single urethra, and no other genital or gastrointestinal anomalies. Most common reason for the vesicouterine fistula is a cesarean section; no cases were reported of degenerated uterine leiomyoma communicating with the urinary bladder. A vesicovaginal fistula (VVF) is a devastating condition often resulting from gynecological surgery. We present the case of a chronic VVF treated via a vaginal approach with a Martius flap. A 38-year-old woman presented with three years of urinary incontinence following a total abdominal hysterectomy.
