A 74-year-old woman was admitted for weight loss, abdominal pain and diarrhea for a year. Blood tests showed elevated transaminases, cholestasis and hyperbilirubinemia. Capsule endoscopy revealed extensively scattered lymphangiectasias, shortened villi and erosions in the jejunum and ileum. A female patient in her 80s was referred to our hospital because of an ileal tumor identified by capsule endoscopy. FDG-PET suggested double intestinal tumors not only in the ileum but also in the jejunum. Burkitt's lymphoma is a very aggressive type of B-cell NHL with replication approaching 100%. Primary gastrointestinal lymphoma is rare. In our case, a 24-year-old male initially presented with symptomatic anemia. He was initially evaluated with colonoscopy and EGD, both of which were unremarkable. We conducted a multicenter, retrospective study to determine the anatomical distribution and prognostic factors of gastrointestinal (GI) follicular lymphoma (FL).
