A randomized double-blind left-right comparative trial was carried out between a new steroid Desoximetason 0,25% (Ibaril) and fluocinolone acetonide 0,025% cream. Evaluation of symptoms on 50 patients suffering from endogenous eczema was recorded after 1, 2, 3 and 4 weeks. There was a significantly better effect of Ibaril compared to Fluocinolone-acetonide as judged by the observer during the 1st, 3rd and 4th week of treatment. After the 2nd week treatment Ibaril showed a better effect, however, a significancy could not be established.

Diaper dermatitis is a term used to encompass a wide range of inflammatory processes that occur in the area covered by the diaper. The term "diaper dermatitis" is thus simply a description of the location of a rash. Numerous factors can be involved in the pathogenesis of dermatitis in the diaper area. These factors, including the role of the diaper, of friction and contact irritation, of urine and ammonia, of feces, of infection, and of underlying dermatologic conditions, are discussed with an emphasis on management of the rash.

Prednicarbate (Dermatop) was topically applied in 50 children suffering from inflammatory dermatoses. In 12 children, the courses of therapy were documented by photographs. Its rapid onset of action, its lacking suppression of the endogenic biosynthesis of cortisol, as well as its small antiproliferative effect on cutaneous fibroblasts suggest that prednicarbate bears only minor risks especially for children's skin.

Objective: We aimed to determine the prevalence of different skin diseases and their seasonal variations at the Razi dermatology hospital from 2019 to 2020. Traditional medicinal systems are widely practiced in the Indian subcontinent for a wide variety of diseases.
