Objectives The objective of this study was to assess patterns of mandibular fractures and associated comorbidities in Peshawar, Pakistan. Methodology This multicenter, descriptive, cross-sectional study analyzed patients aged >15 years who had been clinically or radiographically diagnosed with mandibular fractures from January to December, 2015. This article reports the unusual radiographic findings of 2 cases of a shotgun shooting incident involving the homicide of a plant manager and the subsequent suicide of the assailant. Radiologic examination of wounds produced by the no. 00 copper-plated buckshot used in the incident revealed images with striking similarity to the lead snowstorm appearance generally associated with high-velocity, soft-point rifle bullets.

DESIGN: A consecutive series of children with air gun injuries.
SETTING: Urban pediatric teaching hospitals in Cincinnati, OH; Kansas City, MO; and Seattle, WA.

Self-inflicted gunshot wounds are a common modality of suicide. Cases with multiple gunshot wounds are rare. Problems with determining manner may arise when there is a lack of understanding of how and why they occur. Demographic data has seldom been explored in these cases.
