A young woman presented with a pineoblastoma treated initially with whole neuraxis radiotherapy. She had biopsy confirmed metastatic disease to the left lateral pelvis which was treated on 2 separate occasions, and biopsy confirmed metastatic disease to the subcutaneous tissues of the left thigh.
