Hypomethylating agents (HMA) and venetoclax (VEN) are commonly used in patients with IDH-mutated (IDHm) acute myeloid leukemia (AML) ineligible for induction chemotherapy. While prior studies demonstrated high response and survival rates with HMA/VEN in IDHm AML, the impact of treatment modifications in real-world settings is unclear. The activities of eight enzymes were determined by fluorometric micromethods in epidermal tumors (basal and squamous cell epithelioma, verruca seborroeica and keratoacanthoma) and compared to the activities in the adjoining, apparently normal epidermis. Spontaneous mutation rates at ten allozyme loci on chromosomes II and III of Drosophila melanogaster were studied. We aimed to determine the genotype distribution, allele frequency, and prognostic impact of IDH1/2, TET2, and ASXL1 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs).
