We evaluated the efficacy and safety of high-dose intravenous methylprednisolone (1 g x 3 days) pulse therapy followed in the management of acute posterior segment uveitis attacks in 25 patients with Behçet's disease. METHODS: Two hundred and seventy-six were randomly divided into two groups, a treatment group and a control group, 138 cases in each group.
