We report a case of Olier's disease associated with finger agenesis in order to study the contribution of radiography in its diagnosis. It was a 7-year-old boy with no pathological history. He was received at the Medical Clinic "Les Etoiles" in Bamako on 07/20/2023 for malformation assessment. Radiographic exploration of the hands and feet had objectified multiple enchondromatosis of the hands and right knee associated with agenesis of the phalanges of the 1st and 2nd rays of the right hand. The overall incidence of hypertrophic pyloric stenosis is between 2 and 3 per 1000 live births. Classically, newborns only develop this pathology between 3 weeks and 3 months of life, with a predominance of males at a ratio of 5:1. The diagnosis is clinically evoked by a characteristic pattern of vomiting and progressive malnutrition. Still's disease is characterized by relapses simulating a sickle cell crisis. It is even rarer in sickle-cell patients. We report a case of a 25-year-old SC patient in crisis with fever evolving for 1 month despite usual analgesic treatment of a sickle cell crisis. Investigations revealed T 39.1°C, polyarthritis with skin lesions. Hyperleukocytosis at 17.5 G/L, anemia at 9 g/dl, hyperferritinemia at 1000 µg/l and hepatic cytolysis. MSA was considered in view of the presence of 7 Yamaguchi criteria. Progression was favorable with corticosteroid therapy.
