RATIONALE: Adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) rarely occurs in the digestive tract, particularly in the gastroesophageal junction.
PATIENT CONCERNS: A 44-year-old male vomiting blood was admitted to our hospital. Endoscopic ultrasound showed a 2.2 × 3.0 cm submucosal tumor in the gastroesophageal junction.

Myopericytoma is a benign mesenchymal neoplasm thought to comprise part of a spectrum of perivascular myoid cell neoplasms with myofibroma, angioleiomyoma, and glomus tumor. We report a unique case of a primary ovarian neoplasm with morphological and immunohistochemical features identical to a pleomorphic salivary adenoma in a 56-year-old female. We present a case of a malignant Ewing-like neoplasm of the parotid gland in a 20-year-old woman with an EWSR1-KLF15 gene fusion that presented with pulmonary metastasis. This report describes a 68-year-old woman who presented with progressive, painless protrusion of the left eye. Findings included unilateral proptosis, superonasal displacement, motility restrictions, and dilated, tortuous conjunctival vessels. Myoepithelial tumor (MET) is rare and heterogeneous. We present a case of a MET occurring in the rib and the soft tissue surrounding it.
