PURPOSE OF REVIEW: Bone-targeted treatments with bisphosphonates (e.g., zoledronic acid) and denosumab are known to reduce the risk of skeletal complications and prevent treatment-induced bone loss in patients with malignant bone disease. Additionally, these drugs may modify the course of bone destruction via inhibitory effects on the 'vicious cycle' of growth factor and cytokine signalling between tumour and bone cells within the bone marrow microenvironment.

We report a case of vesicouterine fistula presenting after cesarean operation. The fistula was treated successfully by cystoscopic fulguration of the tract and hormonal amenorrhea. Although various surgical approaches to this problem have been described, to date there is no reports of treatment of this problem via cystoscopic fulguration and hormonal amenorrhea. The problem has been solved by hormonal amenorrhea and cystoscopic fulguration. We advocate this simple technique as a primary approach to proper case of vesicouterine fistulas.

OBJECTIVE: To report the first uterine transposition for fertility sparing in cervical cancer.
METHODS: We report a 33-year-old woman with stage Ib1 cervical cancer (b2 cm in size) who had a radical trachelectomy that, after the definitive pathological report, fulfilled the criteria for adjuvant radiotherapy.
RESULTS: The patient had eggs retrieval and received gosereline 10.8 mg before surgery. The uterine corpus and ovaries were detached from the previous vaginal anastomosis, laparoscopically mobilized, and sutured in the right upper abdominal wall with non-absorbable transparietal suture.

BACKGROUND: Aggressive angiomyxoma is a variant of myxoid neoplasms of the female pelvic soft parts. The term "aggressive" refers to the tumor's locally infiltrative and recurrent nature because distant metastases are rare.
CASE: A 25-year-old woman presented with a 9-month history of an asymptomatic, polypoid mass arising from the right anterior labium minus. Uterine leiomyomas are the most common benign tumors in women of childbearing age. They may lead to problems of conception or complications during the gestational period.
