Myxoma is rare in the upper leg. The current study presents the case of a large tumor in the right upper leg. The tumor extended to pelvic cavity and was found to be connected with a cystic and solid neoplasm that was adjacent to the ascending colon in the right lower quadrant. Internal mammary lymph node is rare metastatic site in ovarian neoplasm. In this study, we report an ovarian carcinosarcoma with peritoneal carcinomatosis initially. Annually, whole-body FDG PET/CT is indicated during 4 years. Tiny peritoneal nodules are found on the first-time FDG PET/CT imaging. A high grade of FDG-avid internal mammary nodal activity is shown on the secondary time of FDG PET/CT imaging. Pathologic result of excision biopsy demonstrates carcinoma metastasis. Ovarian neoplasms account for only 1% of all tumors in girls below the age of 17 years, and among these, malignant epithelial ovarian tumors are even more uncommon. We would like to report a case of ovarian epithelial malignancy presenting at 11 years of age with extensive peritoneal dissemination. The child ultimately succumbed to the illness and an autopsy was performed.

We reviewed 13 cases of testicular tumors arising in cryptorchid, intra-abdominal testes. All types of germinal neoplasms were found, seminoma being the most common. Of the 13 patients 5 had undergone limited exploration previously, with no testis being identified and, thus, were thought to have had unilateral anorchism. The importance of a thorough exploration of the peritoneal cavity is emphasized.

BACKGROUND: Synchronous ovarian/appendiceal mucinous neoplasms sometimes occur in the absence of clinical pseudomyxoma peritonei (PMP), which raises a question about whether the 2 tumors could be independent.
METHODS: We identified 11 cases of synchronous ovarian/appendiceal mucinous neoplasms without PMP and subclassified them into groups 1 and 2 based on the presence or absence of microscopic peritoneal/ovarian surface mucin deposits. Appendiceal mucinous neoplasms are rarely diagnosed in pediatric patients. We present a 16-year-old adolescent boy with severe Crohn's disease who was not on maintenance medication for his underlying diagnosis. He was referred for nutritional optimization and small bowel obstruction. An emergent laparoscopic ileocecectomy with primary ileocolonic anastomosis was carried out secondary to acute peritonitis. Small bowel pathologic findings were consistent with Crohn's disease with low-grade appendiceal mucinous neoplasm (LAMN) of the appendix.
