OBJECTIVE: Randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of multiple drugs for Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF) have been reported and achieved a certain degree of efficacy, however, the difference in safety and efficacy of them for IPF is not yet well understood. The aim of this network meta-analysis is to assess their safety and efficacy in the treatment of IPF and differences in this safety and efficacy comprehensively.
METHODS: The PubMed, EMbase, CENTRAL and MEDLINE were retrieved to find out the RCTs of drugs in the treatment of IPF. The retrieval date is from construction to November 10, 2022.

A Spirulina hydrolysate was encapsulated within anionic liposomes composed of soybean lecithin and γ-oryzanol at an encapsulation efficiency of 90 %. Angioedema is a variant of urticaria that causes deep dermal and subcutaneous swelling. It frequently is a unilateral reaction and usually lasts for several hours but may persist for several days. To assess an interaction between ketoprofen and aspirin we gave both drugs orally, to steady state, to healthy men. Although ketoprofen did not alter salicylate absorption and disposition, we observed that concurrent administration of aspirin decreased ketoprofen protein binding and increased its plasma clearance. Salicylate also appeared to reduce metabolic ketoprofen conversion to conjugates and their renal elimination. BACKGROUND: Propolis is a natural bee product containing diverse botanicals-derived active compounds. Its bioactive constituents vary to its geographical origin and botanical sources. Bee propolis has been effectively shown as a potent modulator for different inflammatory-related diseases.
PURPOSE AND METHODS: We systematically reviewed literature from PubMed and Web of Science to evaluate the gastroprotective effects of propolis in experimental colitis models. In this study, the antioxidant and chemosensory properties of rice bran were evaluated under different oven-roasting temperatures (160 °C, 180 °C, and 200 °C) and durations (5 min, 10 min, and 15 min). Free and bound phenolic acids were measured in the pulp and peel of four varieties of apples using high resolution mass spectrometry.
