CASE REPORT A 61-year-old man presented with a 3-month history of metamorphopsia and decreased visual acuity in both eyes. CONTEXT: Gastric duplication cysts are often associated with microscopic evidence of ectopic pancreatic tissue on their submucosal surface and, less commonly, on the subserosal surface.
CASE REPORT: We present an unusual case of a gastric duplication cyst with finger-like projections and a large heterotopic pancreas on the serosal surface of the cyst in a 30-year-old female.
CONCLUSION: We point out the unusual imaging findings which helped in the preoperative diagnosis.

A total of 1,109 Indian children in five British Columbia communities were surveyed for middle ear disease. Evaluation included a history, pure screening, impedance audiometry, and otolaryngological examination. This article describes a clinical case of a female patient with choroidal nevus, who was previously diagnosed in another clinic with "subretinal neovascular membrane as a result of central serous chorioretinopathy" and subsequently underwent multiple intravitreal anti-VEGF injections. Based on the analysis of OCT angiography images, the macular changes in this case were interpreted as a polypoidal form of neovascularization in a patient with subfoveolar choroidal nevus.
