BACKGROUND: The combination between cetirizine (CET), phenylpropanolamine (PPA) and nimesulide (NMS) under trade name Nemeriv Cp tablet is prescribed for nasal congestion, cold, sneezing, and allergy. Free radicals in thermally treated chloramphenicol were examined by electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy.
