OBJECTIVE: to report the indications and the results of the upper urinary tract by endoscopic route by a double J probe in our Center.

A bacteriological investigation of the Koch bacillus (BK) was made. All children diagnosed with TB were put on treatment.

POPULATION AND METHODS: This was a prospective study conducted in 2017 in Libreville. It concerned 233 patients (233 eyes) with age-related cataracts. They were divided into two groups (Phaco A, Phaco E). Those with visual acuity (VA) far below 2/10th and an absence of associated ocular pathologies that could compromise visual recovery were included.

Twist is the rarest complication of Meckel's diverticulum (DM). We did not find a case published in African literature. We report a case of twisted "giant" diverticulum occurred in a 15-year-old boy who had consulted for abdominal pain. Operated in emergency, the diagnosis was intraoperative. The diverticulum was 14 cm long and 5 cm in diameter. It was twisted at its base, totally necrotic and perforated at the top. We performed a resection carrying the diverticulum followed by a terminoterminal ileal ileal anastomosis. The postoperative course was simple.

The authors report a case of a syndrome of KlippelTrenaunay revealed by the venous malformations and osteoalodystrophyof the rightlower limb in the Teaching Hospital of Bouake. Surgery consisted in a vast stripping associated with a right crossectomy. The histological examination of the venous maze was favorable to an angioma. Postoperative outcome was simple. After a drop of 14 months, the patient presents an occasional myalgia arising in the effort. This observation raises the problem of the post-operative evolution of the congenital varicose veins.

UNLABELLED: Appendiceal duplication is the very rare malformation. It was first described by Picoli in 1892. It is a condition that is most often seen in the first years of life, sometimes some forms may remain asymptomatic and only occur in adulthood. We report the case of appendiceal duplication in a patient operated for chilled appendix breastplate at Gao Regional Hospital.
CONCLUSION: appendiceal duplication is a rare abnormal abnormality of intraoperative discovery in general. Each surgeon must think about it during an appendectomy.

INTRODUCTION: Congenital diaphragmatic hernias are embryopathies; they represent 8% of congenital malformations. There are several types: hiatal hernia, retro-costo-xiphoid hernia and posterior-lateral hernia called Bochdalek.
