The fibroblast growth factor FGF21 was labeled with molecularly defined gold nanoparticles (AuNPs), applied to human adipocytes, and imaged by cryo-electron tomography (cryo-ET). Most paranasal sinus mucoceles are unilateral and affect one or at most two contiguous sinuses.
