We present an unusual variant of necrobiotic xanthogranuloma with periorbital involvement. Our patient had an unusually complicated course due to initial misdiagnosis and patient refusal to undergo treatment. We present her clinical course and review the literature on this rare lesion.

Esophageal stenosis is a relatively uncommon condition in pediatrics and requires an accurate diagnostic approach. Here we report the case of a 9-month old female infant who presented intermittent vomiting, dysphagia and refusal of solid foods starting after weaning. She was treated for gastroesophageal reflux. AIMS: The purpose of this study was to investigate the cognitions of anxious school refusers. The cognitive constructs under investigation included negative cognition commonly linked to youth anxiety (i.e. negative automatic thoughts and cognitive errors) and positive automatic thoughts.

OBJECTIVE: Clozapine is uniquely effective for treatment-resistant schizophrenia, and so treatment continuation is essential. We aimed to identify factors associated with an increased likelihood of clozapine discontinuation in a cohort of patients in South East London.
METHODS: We gathered demographic and treatment information such as duration of illness and antipsychotic treatment history. t-tests, chi-square tests and binary logistic regression were used to compare patients who continued and discontinued clozapine during the study and to identify predictor variables for discontinuation.

Treatment of the neglected and the relapsed clubfoot is one of the most controversial topics in pediatric foot care. This article reviews the breadth of treatment options for practicing podiatrists or orthopedists with a specialty in complex clubfoot treatment. Discussion includes the appropriate circumstances for the use of the different procedures presented and the author's preferred treatment algorithm, based on 15 years of treating neglected, relapsed, and nonidiopathic clubfeet.

The Amelogenesis Imperfecta is associated with malocclusion and usually requires an interdisciplinary treatment. Due to the patient's refusal of orthodontic treatment, prosthodontics-based treatments alternative was considered and planned.
