We present autopsy findings of a 22-year-old man who developed chest pain 5 days after the first dose of the BNT162b2 mRNA vaccine and died 7 hours later. Enoximone is a selective inhibitor of a low Km, cyclic AMP-specific type of phosphodiesterase (PDE III). Atrial septal aneurysm is a rare heart defect. We decided to present two cases of this defect complicated by mitral valve prolapse. The diagnosis was established by transthoracic 2D-echocardiography. Remembering that atrial septal aneurysm often co-exists with atrial septal defect we performed contrast echocardiography. The examination did not show any shunts between atria. Ventricular ectopic beats were observed in both cases. Cardiac arrhythmia was successfully treated with B-blockers.
