Nineteen patients with advanced, previously treated breast cancer received treatment with vincristine 2 mg i.v., mitomycin-C 6 mg/m2 and mitoxantrone (Novantrone; dihydroxyanthracenedione) 12 mg/m2 i.v. every three weeks.
