Better guidelines, better patient lives: a sustainable partnership model for integrating lived experience into clinical guideline development.

To realize their full potential in improving health outcomes, clinical guidelines must integrate methodological rigor with practical relevance and human impact. This paper is a work of advocacy and a proposal for action. Drawing on established research, emerging paradigms, and our collective experience as patients and researchers as well as our respective backgrounds in legal, governance, and healthcare, we build a case that the systematic integration of lived experience-the unique embodied knowledge held by patients and caregivers-is essential for guideline relevance and implementation. Development of Sustainable Nanofertilizer via Zeolite Nanostructures Synthesized from Industrial Sludge and Enriched with Bovine-Derived Nutrients.

The focus of this research is the development of a sustainable nanofertilizer synthesized from zeolite nanostructures derived from industrial sludge with bovine-enriched nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium (NPK) nutrients. By reusing organic and industrial byproducts, this formulation is intended to maintain or potentially increase nutrient efficiency while reducing the environmental impact. Zeolite nanostructures were synthesized by the sol-gel method and were subsequently mixed with bovine bone and blood powder to improve the nutrient content. X-ray diffraction (XRD) confirmed pure zeolitic

Towards Sustainable Development Goals: Application of Hydrogen-Enriched Mahua Biodiesel/Diesel Blend to Dual-Fuel Diesel Engine.

This study investigates the influence of hydrogen (H2) enrichment on the performance, combustion, and emission characteristics of a dual-fuel diesel engine operated with Mahua biodiesel/diesel blend (BDf20), in which H2 is injected into the intake manifold at flow rates of 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 L min-1 under varying engine loads. As a result, the optimum engine performance is achieved at 10 L min-1 H2. At a peak load of 5.02 kW, BDf20 + H2 (10 L min-1) improves brake thermal efficiency (BTE) by 16.75%, and reduces brake specific fuel consumption (BSFC) by 10.83% compared to conventional diesel.
