PURPOSE: To balance epidemic prevention with the therapeutic needs of patients with urolithiasis during the COVID-19 pandemic, we developed a triage system to guide medical staff in making priority decisions.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between urine levels of target drugs of abuse for which Triage DOA gave positive results, as well as the cut-off levels for these drugs. Thirty-eight forensic urine samples positive for commonly abused drugs were involved. BACKGROUND: Acute coronary syndromes, characterized by the rupture of unstable plaque and the subsequent thrombotic process involving platelets, have been increasing in relative frequency. The central role of platelet activation has long been noticed in this pathophysiology; hence, many therapies have been directed against it.
