Full-Mouth Rehabilitation with Bone-Level Implant Guide and Monolithic Zirconia Prosthesis for Fibular Free Flap Reconstruction: A Case History Report.

The fibular free flap (FFF) approach is the preferred option for reconstruction of segmental mandibular deficiencies. Fixed dental prostheses are recommended for patients who have undergone FFF jaw surgery to improve quality of life, but treatment of these patients with an implant-supported prosthesis is challenging because of the thin bone and thick soft tissue in the fibula. This case history reports the use of a bone-level implant guide fabricated with a computer-aided system and milled customized long abutments for implant placement and prosthodontic procedures. Advanced digital technologi

B7-H4 ImmunoPET Imaging Tracks Tumor-Associated Macrophage Changes in Prostate Cancer.

B7-H4 is an inhibitory immune checkpoint molecule that is upregulated in various cancers and correlates with advanced tumor stages and poor clinical outcomes. This study aimed to develop an immunoPET radiotracer for noninvasive assessment of B7-H4 expression in tumors and tumor-associated macrophages (TAM) and to evaluate the radiotracer potential to monitor therapeutic responses. We generated a B7-H4-targeted immunoPET imaging tracer by radiolabeling the anti-B7-H4 monoclonal antibody (2H9) with [89Zr], yielding [89Zr]Zr-DFO-2H9, and assessed its biodistribution in prostate cancer xenografts

An introduction to the implant crown with an esthetic adhesive margin (ICEAM).

UNLABELLED: This article describes a novel technique with the addition of a pressed porcelain abutment margin capable of bonding to the porcelain margin of an implant crown restoration. This allows for supragingival margin placement, reduces the potential effect of excess cement-induced peri-implant disease, and provides a controlled environment for the bonding process. Another advantage is the matching esthetics of the crown and supporting abutment, which in the event gingival recession occurs, the restoration appears as a longer tooth without the risk of exposing an underlying abutment margi
