In this study, we developed an in vivo vitiligo induction model to explore the underlying mechanisms leading to Koebner's phenomenon and to evaluate the efficacy of therapeutic strategies. Fibrous papule of the nose is a common benign lesion of dermal fibroblast lineage. Two unusual variants have been described, namely, fibrous papule with granular cells and fibrous papule with clear fibrocytes. The Duke experience with 56 vulvar Paget disease patients was analyzed emphasizing pathologic features and controversial issues. Nearly all patients were Caucasian, and their mean age was 69 years. PEComas arising in somatic soft tissue or skin are rare. To further characterize the clinicopathologic spectrum, we herein report a series of 10 primary cutaneous PEComas. Eight patients were female and 2 patients were male. The age at presentation ranged from 15 to 81 years (median, 52y). None had tuberous sclerosis. A cutaneous melanocytic tumor with morphologic overlap with clear cell sarcoma, but defined by CRTC1-TRIM11 gene fusion, was recently described in a series of five adult patients.
