We report a case of mos 45,X/46,X,+mar, diagnosed prenatally by amniocentesis, whose physical examination, including external and internal organs, along with serum testosterone values were normal five years after delivery. OBJECTIVE: The CC chemokines monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) and macrophage inflammatory protein-3 alpha (MIP3-alpha) may be involved in the pathogenesis of acute liver failure (ALF) and acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF). In ALF and ACLF, the molecular adsorbent recirculating system (MARS) has been used to support liver function. The Mar Grande-Salvador crossing is an intercity waterway transport line in Brazil that transports 3,500 passengers/day, including residents and tourists. In 2017, an accident on this crossing was considered to be the biggest maritime tragedy in Bahia in the last decade.
