We present the case of a 13-year-old boy with glans ischaemia after circumcision who was treated with nitroglycerin spray, spinal block, and prostacyclin analog. The outcome was favourable without any sequelae. Several possible causes of this rare complication are described. Various treatments are reported by other authors.
