Tissue distribution and excretion of radioactively labelled compounds was studied in the Wistar rat after i.v. administration of [N-methyl-14C]-erythromycin A. Syrian Golden hamster dams were administered 203Hg-labelled methyl mercury (MeHg; 1.6 mumol/kg) 1 day after parturition and milk was collected twice during the 1st week. A five-year-old rabbit was evaluated for a 7 to 8 month history of regurgitation, weight loss, and hyporexia. Previously performed whole body radiographs, plasma biochemistry results and complete blood count revealed had no significant abnormalities.
