INTRODUCTION: The metastatic spread of cancer to the penis is a very rare clinical entity generally associated with disseminated disease and poor prognosis. The aim of this paper was to show the outcomes of a series of patients treated for metastatic cancer to the penis and enhance the understanding and the management of penile metastasis in order to improve patients' care and outcomes.
METHODS: We retrospectively analyzed the medical records of 31 patients diagnosed with metastatic cancer to the penis and treated at eight Ligurian urological departments between January 2014 and January 2024.

In recent years, stings of a lethal scorpion species were recorded from Jaffna Peninsula in the northern dry zone of Sri Lanka. This species was identified as Hottentotta tamulus (Scorpiones: Buthidae) which is the Indian red scorpion commonly found in Maharashtra, India. The Teaching Hospital, Jaffna recorded 84 H. tamulus stings over a year in 2012 and of them, 23 cases provided offending scorpions (proven cases). This study is a prospective multicenter cooperative survey of the evaluation and treatment of erectile dysfunction in men with spinal cord injury (SCI). Uniform database questionnaires were completed prospectively by patients seeking therapy for erectile dysfunction. Eighty-five SCI men aged 17-68 years (mean age = 26 +/- 17) were enrolled.
