OBJECTIVES: The feasibility of vaginoscopic hysteroscopy combined with office endometrial biopsy after ultrasonography for management of post-menopausal vaginal bleeding (PMB).
MATERIALS AND METHODS: A prospective observational study of with PMB whom attending the Outpatient Clinic of Kang Ning Hospital during a four months period (1st Feb to 31st May 2018) was included. Endometrial thickness as measured by transvaginal ultrasound (TVUS) is being increasingly used as a first-line method to evaluate patients with vaginal bleeding.
