One hundred eighty-seven consecutive patients with persistent ovarian cysts and endometriosis underwent laparoscopic evaluation and ovarian cystectomy. All patients had been followed for a minimum of 6 weeks prior to surgery. The cysts were identified initially to be endometriomas based on their gross appearance and the presence of endometriosis at other pelvic sites. This paper reports on a case of a 18-year old male subject with continuous complaints in the right cheek. Several roentgenograms show a cystic and a X-ray dense, sharp-edged structure in the right maxillary respectively ethmoidal sinus. Under surgery a supernumerary molar was found in the right ethmoidal sinus as well as a follicular cyst in the right maxillary sinus.

Follicular mycosis Fungoides (FMF) was first described in 1924. Since the first description, 22 patients with this special form of mycosis fungoides have been published. Clinical features include epidermal cysts as well as follicular papules, nodules and hyperkeratoses. FMF can be confused with acneiform dermatoses. Of 27 women in the reproductive age group receiving continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis for more than 3 months, 4 of 7 who menstruated developed recurrent hemoperitoneum. OBJECTIVE: Three patients with follicular mycosis fungoides (FMF), a rare variant of folliculotropic cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, are discussed. Follicular involvement in cutaneous T-cell lymphoma commonly presents clinically with alopecia, follicular cysts, or comedo-like lesions usually associated with follicular mucinosis and strong epidermotropism.
