BACKGROUND: Ocular imaging is essential to the diagnosis and management of eye disease, yet standardized imaging workflows remain underdeveloped in the eye care setting. We describe annual trends of age-standardized periods of care of ambulatory care sensitive conditions (ACSC) in a 23-year time series (2002-2024) in Finland using a national Sotkanet Indicator Bank information. Overall, we observed a reduction of 54% of the baseline value in ACSC period of care during the study period.
