INTRODUCTION AND IMPORTANCE: Cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma of the biliary duct remain a rare diagnosis, the localization is intrahepatic in 97% of the cases and extrahepatic in 3%of them [1]. Cystadenocarcinoma of the gallbladder is the rarest localization, it's usually diagnosed late because of the poor symptoms and the nonspecific lesions in the different imaging.Only hundreds of cases have been reported for cystadenocarcinoma of the gallbladder.This case report has been reported in line with the SCARE Criteria.

A 72-year-old woman presented with a slow growing mass on the left side of the abdomen, which was found to originate from the mesentery of the descending colon. Histopathology revealed a seromucinous cystadenocarcinoma of the mesentery, a rare clinical entity occurring most often in females. There are only 20 cases reported in the literature. It is postulated that these tumours develop as a result of serous or mucinous metaplasia of pre-existing coelomic mesothelium. Surgical excision remains the mainstay of successful management.

Papillary cystadenocarcinoma (PCC) is an uncommon malignant tumour of the salivary gland, sometimes involving the minor salivary gland. Previously this entity was classified as an atypical type of adenocarcinoma, malignant papillary cystadenoma, low-grade papillary adenocarcinoma or mucus producing adenopapillary carcinoma. An elderly woman had an appendicovaginal fistula. Within the appendix was a well differentiated mucin-producing cystadenocarcinoma that extended through the fistula and onto the vaginal mucosal surface. The development of this fistula was probably related to the tumor and a previous hysterectomy, which allowed close proximity of the tip of the appendix to the vaginal vault.

Mucinous cystadenoma of the appendix is an uncommon condition marked by excessive mucus that builds up within the appendix. Laparoscopic appendectomy is a widely used surgical approach and is an effective option for managing mucinous cystadenoma, offering lower postoperative complication rates. Mucinous neoplasms of the appendix encompass a diverse spectrum of tumours, ranging from benign mucoceles to more advanced conditions such as pseudomyxoma peritonei.

The present report describes a 31-year-old Japanese woman with a retroperitoneal cystic mass adjoining below the left kidney. No disseminated tumors were observed, and resection of the tumor only was performed laparoscopically. Serous cystadenocarcinoma of the pancreas is a rare entity. We report on a primary tumor of the pancreas in a 74-year-old male. Computerized tomography showed an abdominal mass within pancreatic head, portal vein infiltration and absence of metastatic lesions. BACKGROUND: Cystic tumors of the pancreas are uncommon. They account for 10-15% of all pancreatic cystic masses and only 1% of pancreatic malignancies. Mucinous cystadenocarcinoma is the most frequent pancreatic cystadenocarcinoma and it is mainly seen in women, suggesting a sex hormone influence. Its presentation during pregnancy is infrequent and entails difficult diagnostic and therapeutic decisions. We report the case of a 31-year-old woman who presented a pancreatic cystadenocarcinoma 2 months after delivery.
