Objective: To examine the sociodemographic and clinical profiles of veterans who primarily rely on the US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) health care system for their care. Despite the reported benefit of cytoreductive surgery (CRS)/ hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) across PSM primaries, the uptake nationwide is low. Tanzania is a country with multiple sexual health challenges including high rates of HIV/STIs, early sexual debut, forced sex, sexual dysfunction, and teen pregnancy. Training in sexual health care is limited, while courses on how to address the ethical aspects of sexual health are non-existent. An inexpensive home telemedicine system has been developed, comprising a personal telemedicine unit in the patient's home connected by ordinary telephone lines to a central nursing station. METHODS: We examined systematic transportation management in a small-cluster interrupted time series field trial. In 8 districts in Southern Zambia, we followed health workers at 116 health facilities from September 2011 to March 2014.
