PURPOSE: Increasing demands are placed on the oral and maxillofacial surgeon to perform early or immediate loading of dental implants due to demands and expectations of the referring doctor and patients. The esthetic effect of orthodontic treatment in young patients may sometimes be incomplete without performing additional procedures related to the form and texture of the anterior teeth.
