Tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) were grown from four distinct anatomic sites from a patient with metastatic melanoma. The metastatic sites included a tumor-involved lymph node, a subcutaneous lesion obtained from the chest wall, a portion of bowel, and adrenal gland. We report two cases of patients presenting myxoid variant of adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC). Licorice (Glycyrrhiza) has been used as preventive and therapeutic material for hyperpigmentation disorders. A rare case of amelanotic vulvar melanoma is presented. The patient was a 71-year-old woman complaining of vulvar itching and yellowish vaginal discharge who underwent a complete gynecological evaluation during which a suspicious grey-whitish mass on her vulva was observed. Amelanotic vulvar melanoma is a rare type of malignant melanoma. This paper describes a case of an asymptomatic ulcerated nodule 20 mm in size.
