BACKGROUND: Transverse Vaginal Septum (TVS) is a rare congenital abnormality, classified as the Mullerian duct anomaly development.1,2 TVS incidence range from 1:2.000 to 1:72.000. Management of TVS may only requirement local excision with a simple end to end anastomosis of the vagina, and use of skin grafts, but this technique has been reported has common complications of secondary tissue contracture, which often lead to stenosis of the vagina.3 In this case we managed TVS with simple flap technique to avoid such postoperative complications and maintain caliber of vagina.

STUDY OBJECTIVE: To propose a "3O" (obstruction, ureteric orifice, and outcome) subclassification system associated with obstructed hemivagina and ipsilateral renal anomaly (OHVIRA).

OBJECTIVE: A retrospective study of short and long term results of transcervical endomyometrial resection for menorrhagia.
MATERIAL AND METHODS: Patient data were collected from all 104 premenopausal women who had undergone a transcervical endomyometrial resection due to severe menorrhagia in 1990-95. Almost 40% had submucous fibromas that were resected together with the endometrium. A questionnaire about gynecological symptoms was mailed to all 104 women. INTRODUCTION: While vaginal agenesis most often occurs with an absent or rudimentary, nonfunctioning uterus, it may also occur with a fully developed uterine body. In these scenarios, anastomosis of the functional uterus to a neovagina allows for both egress of menstrual blood as well as potential preservation of fertility: case reports exist of spontaneous conception following creation of a neovagina. However, prior attempts at anastomosis have all included delayed surgery with anastomosis to the uterus several months following the creation of the neovagina.

STUDY OBJECTIVE: We aimed to study the surgical outcomes of vaginoplasty and laparoscopic-assisted cervical-vaginoplasty carried out using our set-up from June 2016 to December 2022. Additionally, we measured the success of our modified laparoscopy-assisted neo-cervical creation.

OBJECTIVES: Long term outcomes following fertility sparing robot-assisted radical trachelectomy (RRT).
METHODS: A retrospective study of consecutive women selected for RRT between 2007 and 2019 at five referral centres. Generally used selection criteria for fertility-sparing surgery were applied. Oncologic, reproductive and long-term clinical data were analysed.

INTRODUCTION: Adhesion is one of complication after vaginal recanalization surgery that occurs due to the free tissue attached during the wound healing process and should be treated carefully. Otherwise, it will become obstruction to the vagina and lead to hematocolpos. The chosen techniques should prevent recurrent adhesion, synechia or stenosis. A 14-year-old girl presented with increasing cyclical pain, scanty menses, pelvic mass and absence of the left kidney. With both radiological and clinical examinations (examination under anaesthesia), diagnosis of bicornuate uterus with single cervix could be made while on laparotomy, and it turned out to be uterine didelphys, with one cervix obscured by blind hemivagina with haematometra and haematocolpos in the left horn, for which hemihysterectomy was done. Post procedure the patient was relieved of cyclical pain and is menstruating properly.
