BACKGROUND: Sorafenib is an oral multikinase inhibitor that targets Raf serine/threonine receptor tyrosine kinases and inhibits tumor cell growth and angiogenesis. Cutaneous toxicities of sorafenib are common, including cutaneous eruptions (such as truncal erythema and seborrheic-dermatitis-like changes) and hand-foot syndrome. Keratoacanthomas and squamous cell carcinomas have been reported previously; however, we report a case of multiple eruptive keratoacanthomas in the form of Grzybowski syndrome after initiation of sorafenib.

Erythema multiforme (EM) is a known side effect of sorafenib therapy in cancer patients; at onset, the causative medication should be permanently discontinued. INTRODUCTION: Hand-Foot Syndrome (HFS), also known as palmar-plantar erythrodysesthesia, is a common reaction to Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors (TKIs), which can often lead to discontinuation of the drug. Lenvatinib is a recently approved drug for the treatment of endometrial carcinoma, which has been proven to provide a better overall survival rate and longer duration of progression-free survival among patients with advanced endometrial cancer. BACKGROUND: A 63-year-old woman diagnosed with unresectable thymic carcinoma received modified ADOC therapy, followed by thoracic radiotherapy.
