INTRODUCTION: Lenvatinib is approved for the treatment of patients with metastatic or recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC); however, clinical outcomes of lenvatinib therapy in patients with post-liver transplantation (LT) HCC recurrence remain unclear.
