UNLABELLED: The lateral thoracodorsal (LTD) flap technique is a type of oncoplastic breast surgery that involves transposition of tissue from the lateral aspect of a partial mastectomy defect. It is a relatively simple procedure and shows lower donor morbidity and good aesthetic outcomes. Complications, such as fat necrosis and wound dehiscence due to poor circulation, may occur at the distal part of the flap. We used a supercharged LTD flap to reduce this problem. In autologous breast reconstruction, the internal mammary artery (IMA) and internal mammary vein (IMV) are the standard recipient vessels. After conservative treatment for breast cancer, 75% of patients have good cosmetic results, but 20 to 25% of patients have a fair or a bad result. INTRODUCTION: Bowen's disease or squamous cell carcinoma in situ is a precursor malignant neoplasm restricted to the epidermis. Clinically and histologically, Bowen's disease of the nipple can resemble Paget's disease. It is crucial to differentiate between the two with immunohistological staining in order to provide the appropriate treatment.
