This study aimed to propose an evaluation method for testing the mechanical strength of film-formed self-adhesive resin cements (SARCs) while reflecting cement layer thickness. Three commercially available dual-cure type SARCs were used for tensile and shear tests using specimens with varying thicknesses (0.05, 0.2, and 0.4 mm). There were no significant differences in tensile strengths among the various specimen thicknesses. We conducted a single-center study at a free community testing site in Baltimore City to assess the accuracy of self-performed rapid antigen tests (RATs) for COVID-19. Self-administered BinaxNOW RATs were compared with clinician-performed RATs and against a reference lab molecular testing as the gold standard. Of the 953 participants, 14.9% were positive for SARS- CoV-2 as determined by RT-PCR.
