Testicular cancer is the most common malignancy in young men (15-29 years old). Combination therapy with bleomycin, etoposide, and cisplatin has been the standard first-line treatment for testicular metastatic disease. Multiple myeloma (MM) is a hematologic malignancy notorious for its high relapse rate and development of drug resistance, in which cell adhesion-mediated drug resistance plays a critical role. Drug-induced immune thrombocytopenia (DITP) is a challenging clinical problem that is under-recognized, difficult to diagnose and associated with severe bleeding complications.
