Antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) provide targeted drug delivery to tumors with a broaden therapeutic index of cytotoxic agent, reducing their systemic toxicity while increasing intracellular concentrations. Both B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) are characterized by a lymphoproliferation of neoplastic CD5+ B-cells, but an accurate differential diagnosis between these two malignancies is vitally important for guiding treatment options. Intestinal extramedullary plasmacytomas (EMPs) are rare tumours in dogs. Three cases of canine intestinal EMP with amyloid deposits are described in this report. These tumours, which were located in the rectal submucosa, had variable numbers of well-differentiated plasma cells and fewer multinucleated giant cells of plasmacytoid and histiocytic morphology, admixed with abundant amyloid. CD20-negative large B-cell lymphomas exhibit aggressive behavior and are ineligible for rituximab-containing therapy. To identify antigens targeted by treatment, we analyzed CD79B and CD19 expression in 108 samples from 75 patients with CD20-negative large B-cell lymphomas using H-score. Myeloid sarcoma is a malignant neoplasia composed of abnormal myeloid or monocytic cells, often localized in bones, but also rarely in extra-medullary sites such as lymph nodes, skin and soft tissue. A primary hepatic marginal zone B cell lymphoma of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) is very rare. We found a solitary mass 27 mm in size in the left lobe of the liver of a 58-year-old Japanese man with a history of hepatitis-C infection.
