This study was to construct a nanovesicle delivery system to improve the loading efficiency and stability of ORI for the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Twelve ENT-abietane and ENT-kaurane type diterpenoids, 1- 12, including five new compounds 1- 5, were isolated from the roots of Suregada glomerulata.
